Event Schedule

• Early Seating: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Champagne Toast at 8:15 PM)

  Enjoy a relaxed dinner and celebration before heading off to other plans or ringing in the New Year at home.

• Late Seating: 9:30 PM – Midnight (Champagne Toast at Midnight)

  Celebrate into the night with a grand countdown and complimentary champagne toast as the clock strikes 12.

What’s Included

• Gourmet Buffet Dinner: Featuring a delectable spread including charcuterie, shrimp cocktail, grilled salmon, vegetarian stuffed peppers, roasted vegetable medley, chocolate mousse cake, and New York cheesecake.
• Bottomless Open Bar: Includes champagne, wine (red & white), beer, cocktails, and signature mocktails.
• Champagne Toasts: A festive toast for early seating at 8:15 PM and a celebratory toast at midnight for late seating.
