Jackos is teaming up with the incredible South Dominion Vineyard for an intimate evening of bold flavors and beautiful pairings, carefully crafted by Chef Asif.
Each of the four chef-crafted courses will be thoughtfully matched with one of SDV’s standout wines — from crisp whites to deep reds.

First Course: Harissa Paneer Spring Rolls
Crispy phyllo rolls with harissa-marinated paneer & spiced vegetables, served with mint yogurt dip.
Paired with: Seyval Blanc – Semi-sweet, crisp white with citrus, green apple & honeydew. -
Second Course: Soy-Ginger Glazed Salmon Skewers
Grilled salmon skewers over coconut jasmine rice with sesame, soy & ginger.
Paired with: La Crescent – Citrus-forward white that complements the richness of the salmon. -
Third Course: Spiced Lamb Kofta with Yogurt Tahini
Grilled lamb kofta with jeweled rice and roasted vegetables.
Paired with: Marquette – Full-bodied red with black cherry & currant. -
Dessert: Mango Lassi Panna Cotta
Creamy mango-cardamom panna cotta topped with fresh mint.
Paired with: Dionne Blanc – Off-dry white with tropical fruit and vanilla.
